ORDERS
Can I edit my order?
We aim to process and ship our orders as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately we do not offer deferred payment options at this time.
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code, please proceed to checkout and enter it in the discount code box. You can only use one promo code per order.
What do I do if something is wrong with my order or items?
We try to get it right every time, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received an incorrect item or you notice a defect, please email us immediately so that we can correct the situation. Please include your order number, as well as photos and a description of the issue so we can better address your concern.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

How do I find my size?
Sizing information can be found on the product page. Our trunks fit true to size and feature an elastic waistband with a drawstring. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up!
Where is SOLOSWIM made?
SOLOSWIM is designed in Montana and made in Nepal.
How do I care for my SOLOSWIM?
Wash cold. Hang dry.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping in the USA, Canada, and some international destination. Our most up to date shipping information and rates can be found on the checkout page.
What shipping methods do you use?
FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout. We cannot guarantee shipping time for standard shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second shipping confirmation email once your package is on the way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Rates are calculated during checkout and do not include any import duties or tariffs. All items shipped internationally are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We think you’re going to love your SOLOSWIM but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help. All regular priced items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date at the customer’s expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. You can begin the return process here.
At this time we can only accept items shipped in the USA. International orders are final sale.
Product purchased from a wholesale partner or other online retailer must be returned to the stockist from where it was originally purchased.
How do I submit a return request?
Send an email to howdy@soloswim.us with your order number, items wished to be returned and photos (if there is an item defect). We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and next steps.
Can I return sale or discounted items?
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
You can expect your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned item back at our HQ. Exchanges will be shipped out within 2 business days of receiving your original item.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Absolutely! Once we receive your original item back we will ship out the new item (color and/or size) within 2 business days as long as it is still in stock.
Can I exchange for store credit?
Yes! An e-gift card will be issued once your item is received back at HQ.
